12g is the ideal size for the vast majority of nipple piercings. Many are 14g (or sometimes even 16g) so being sure of your needed sizing will be important when ordering this item.
This shaft fits 14g/12g threaded ends. Threaded jewelry is sold as three separate pieces and threaded ends require a straight post & ball or disc back in order to be worn. If you need the complete item, be sure to purchase a straight post as well as a pair of ball ends or our Bullet Crown Prong ends.
